2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

Creekside (the “Development”) is within the boundaries of the Creekside Community Development District (the “District”) located within the jurisdictional boundaries of St. Lucie County (the “County”), Florida. The Development contains approximately 446 acres and is generally located on the south side of Okeechobee Road (S.R. 70), north of Ten Mile Creek, and east of Gordy Road.
